Needed a stylus replaced to a pioneer turntable which I inherited from my late in-laws who better to ask for help than Casemonkey at Uni Hill Bundoora. No questions just polite annd courteous prepared to give a helping hand. Kindness and an understanding of what it meant to have the turntable restored. Quality service.
The most honest, expert advices I’ve received today for my MacBook Pro and iPhone checkups. This store will not charge you for anything unless it is 100% necessary. I am both truly surprised, and at the same time, impressed. Easygoing, excellent and direct communication. Super fast services above expectations. Thank you kindly, especially Jacob for the assist during the visit.
Always friendly, knowledgeable with great products! Helped me with putting tempered glass that was not bought at the store on my phone for work. More than happy to help!
Got my laptop checked. The tech called and guided me correctly and advised me to contact the manufacturer as it was an extended warranty issue. Didn't charge a dime. 100% for diagnostics and 100% rightly guiding. I'll visit this shop even if I am far away in Melbourne for all issues.
Really impressed with this mobile repair shop. Fast turnaround, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. Super happy with the repair
