Every device goes through our standard intake: photographs, asset ID logged against your register, full diagnostic, fixed-price quote. Your account manager emails the quote and a recommended action (repair, replace, retire) for each device.
Single PO per claim — not per part, not per labour line. Once you sign off, we order parts and book the work. Standard repair is 2–5 business days; same-day available on retainer plans.
Devices come back wiped (if requested), labelled, with a written report attached. End of month: one consolidated invoice, line-itemised by device, with the PO number for each. Reconciles in minutes.

Flat monthly fee covers a set number of repairs and includes priority turnaround, dedicated loan stock, after-hours pickup, and quarterly fleet health review. Anything over the cap is billed at retainer rates (cheaper than retail).
