    We pick up, on your schedule

    Tell us when. We collect from your office across northern Melbourne — Brunswick, Preston, Coburg, Bundoora, Reservoir, Epping, Mill Park, Greensborough, Eltham. Free for fleet customers, no minimum batch size after the first pickup.

    Diagnosis & fixed quote in 24 hours

    Every device goes through our standard intake: photographs, asset ID logged against your register, full diagnostic, fixed-price quote. Your account manager emails the quote and a recommended action (repair, replace, retire) for each device.

  3. 03

    You approve, we repair

    Single PO per claim — not per part, not per labour line. Once you sign off, we order parts and book the work. Standard repair is 2–5 business days; same-day available on retainer plans.

    Return, report & monthly invoice

    Devices come back wiped (if requested), labelled, with a written report attached. End of month: one consolidated invoice, line-itemised by device, with the PO number for each. Reconciles in minutes.
