SAMSUNG · EVERY MODEL · EVERY FAULT

Whatever’s wrong with your Samsung,
we fix it — with genuine parts.

Screen, battery, charging port, camera, buttons, back glass, water damage — even the board-level and foldable faults most shops send away. And here’s the Samsung difference: genuine service-pack parts are available for most models, so we fit like-for-like original or the real Samsung screen-and-frame assembly, matched to your exact SM model code. One bench, a straight answer before any work, same-day on most.

EVERY SAMSUNG REPAIR

If it’s a Samsung, it’s on our bench.

Not just screens. From a dead battery to a board that won’t boot, here’s the lot we fix — every one an honest job, genuine or like-for-like original parts wherever they’re available, and a straight answer before we start. Not sure which one is yours? Bring it in, we’ll work it out for free.

Screen replacement

Cracked glass, dead touch, green lines or burn-in. Genuine service-pack panel on most models, like-for-like original otherwise — same-day when it’s in stock.

Battery replacement

Dies by lunchtime, or swelling the back off. Fresh original cell, same-day.

Battery repairs

Charging port

Charges at an angle, keeps dropping out, or nothing at all. New charge sub-board, matched to your exact SM model — more below.

Camera & rear lens

Blurry, shaking, or cracked lens glass. Original camera module; the lens glass is genuine on most models — we tell you if yours is an exception.

Camera repairs

Back glass

Shattered rear panel, done properly. Genuine or like-for-like original on most models — we say so up front if yours is an exception.

Back glass repairs

Buttons

Power, volume or the side key — stuck, mushy or dead. New flex, back to a proper click.

Speakers & earpiece

No ringer, crackly audio, or callers sounding muffled through the earpiece. Cleaned or replaced.

Fingerprint (ultrasonic)

Under-display ultrasonic reader not reading after a knock or a screen swap. We recalibrate it to the new panel.

Water / liquid damage

Fell in, got caught in the rain, or a spill. Power it off, don’t charge it — flat $65 assessment first.

Water damage

Microphone

You sound fine to yourself but callers can’t hear you, or voice notes come out silent. Mic replaced and tested.

Charging & software issues

Won’t charge, stuck on the logo, boot-looping or bricked after an update. We find the cause before quoting a fix.

Board-level / no power

Boot loops, dead phone, charging IC, backlight, no display. We go to the chip — more below.

More than a Samsung in the house? We fix every other phone too, and everything else across tablets, laptops and consoles.

GENUINE PARTS · THE SAMSUNG DIFFERENCE

Genuine parts, where it counts.

This is where Samsung stands apart. For most models we fit either a like-for-like original panel or a genuine Samsung service-pack assembly — the real screen-and-frame unit Samsung supplies for repairs. Batteries, charging ports and camera modules go in original too. You get the real part, matched to your exact SM model code.

Genuine isn’t a slogan here — on most Samsungs it’s simply what goes in. On the few models where a genuine part isn’t made, we tell you before we start, and only then do we fit a quality aftermarket one.

Back glass and lens glass are genuine or like-for-like original on most models — see the back-glass page for that job. On the rare model with no genuine part available, we fit a quality aftermarket one and say so up front. Get a quote

THE DIFFERENCE · BOARD-LEVEL REPAIR

We go to board level.

This is the bit that sends most phone shops running. When a Samsung won’t turn on, boot-loops, or refuses to charge, the usual line is ‘it’s dead, get a new one’. Often it isn’t — it’s one component on the board that’s given up.

A failed charging IC, a blown backlight line, a dropped data rail on an Exynos or Snapdragon board — we diagnose down to that part and replace it under the microscope. Boot loops, no display, no power, backlight gone dark: all fixable at the component, without swapping the whole board.

A dead-looking Samsung is usually one failed chip, not a write-off. And your data never leaves the phone.

Board-level work isn’t a same-day job — figure 1 to 3 days — and it’s no-fix-no-fee. If we can’t save it, you don’t pay for the attempt. Start a quote

FLIP & FOLD · THE FOLDABLES

Folding phones, done properly.

Foldables are their own thing, and honestly most shops won’t touch them. We do — the Z Fold and the Z Flip, the foldable inner display, the hinge, and the Flip’s outer cover screen. The inner folding panel is the pricey part, and it’s the one we only ever fit with genuine Samsung service-pack assemblies. A foldable is no place for a bargain panel.

A cracked hinge, a screen that won’t sit flat, a delaminating fold line, or a cover display gone dark — bring it in and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s worth doing and what it’ll run, before we open it.

Foldable repairs take a little longer — usually 1 to 3 days — because they’re careful bench work and we test the fold and hinge before it goes back. Get a quote

CHARGING PORT · MATCHED TO YOUR MODEL

The right charge port, matched to your exact Samsung.

Samsung charging ports aren’t one-size-fits-all. The port lives on a sub-board — the charge flex — and the exact one you need is tied to your SM model code, and sometimes even the region the phone was sold in. Fit the wrong one and you get slow charging, dropouts, or no charge at all. We match the exact part number to your phone, every time.

  • The charge port sits on a sub-board, so it’s a proper part swap — not a solder-and-hope on the main board
  • The right sub-board is SM-code specific, and sometimes region-specific, so we match your exact model and part number before ordering
  • Charging at an angle, only on one cable, or dropping in and out? Often the port — sometimes just a clean — and we check which it is before quoting

Bring it in and we’ll confirm whether it’s a port, a clean, or something deeper on the board — matched to your exact Samsung either way. Get a quote

SAMSUNG QUESTIONS

Straight answers.

Do you use genuine Samsung parts?

Genuine where it counts, and we’re straight about it. For most models we fit either a like-for-like original panel or a genuine Samsung service-pack assembly — the real screen-and-frame unit Samsung supplies for repairs. That’s what makes Samsung different: on most models the genuine part is actually available, so that’s what goes in. On a few models a genuine part isn’t made, and only then do we fit a quality aftermarket one — and we tell you which it is before we start, never after.

Can you repair a folding phone (Z Fold / Z Flip)?

Yes — Z Fold and Z Flip, both the foldable inner display and the hinge, plus the Flip’s outer cover screen. The inner folding panel is the expensive one, and we only ever do it with genuine Samsung service-pack parts — a foldable is no place for a cheap panel. Bring it in and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s worth fixing and what it’ll cost before we open it.

What warranty do I get?

Every repair carries a minimum 90-day warranty covering the part and our workmanship — longer on a lot of jobs. If something we fitted plays up in that window, bring it back and we’ll sort it. It’s all no-fix-no-fee too: if we can’t fix it, you don’t pay for the attempt.

My Samsung got wet — what now?

Power it off straight away and do NOT charge it — a live board plus liquid is where the real damage happens. Don’t bother with rice. Get it to us and we start with a flat $65 assessment (open-up, clean and diagnosis), then quote the actual repair before going further. Full detail on the water damage page.

How long does it take?

Most jobs are same-day — batteries, charging ports, cameras and back glass are usually done while you have a coffee, as long as the part’s in stock. Some Samsung screens and genuine service-pack assemblies are order-in, so those can take a day or two; foldable and board-level work is the slow one at 1 to 3 days because it’s careful bench work and we test it properly first.

Which models do you cover?

The whole Galaxy line — the S series right through to the latest S26, the Note range, the full A-series, the Z Fold and Z Flip foldables, and Galaxy Tab tablets. If it’s a Samsung and it’s playing up, it’s on our bench. Not sure which one you’ve got? Tell us and we’ll work it out.
