How is my trade-in value calculated?
We check the model, condition (screen, battery, body), original storage and current market price on the day. The quote is locked for 7 days so the price doesn't move on you.
Do you take broken or cracked devices?
Yes — we take them at a reduced rate. Cracked screens, swollen batteries, water damage, won't power on — all still worth something. Be honest in the form and we'll quote accordingly.
How do I get paid?
Bank transfer the same day we receive and verify the device, or store credit at 10% bonus (so a $200 trade becomes $220 to spend).
How long does it take?
Online quote: minutes. Once we receive the device: same-day verification and payment if it matches the description. Total turnaround: usually 3–5 days from posting.
Do I need to wipe my data first?
We always do a full factory reset and certified data wipe (3-pass overwrite) before resale or recycling, so technically you don't have to — but we recommend signing out of iCloud / Google before posting just in case.
What if I change my mind?
You have 7 days from the offer to send the device. If you don't post it, the quote simply expires and nothing happens. If you change your mind after we receive it, we'll post it back at our cost.
Do you take laptops, iPads, watches and consoles too?
Yes — Apple Watch (all series), Galaxy Watch, MacBook, iPad, Surface Pro, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Switch. Use the same form; the categories are in the dropdown.
What about accessories or chargers?
We don't trade accessories — but bring them in and we'll pass them on to local schools and shelters via our recycle program if they're working.
