IPHONE · EVERY MODEL · EVERY FAULT

Whatever’s wrong with your iPhone,
we fix all of it.

Screen, battery, charging port, camera, back glass, speakers, buttons, water damage — even the tricky board-level faults most shops send away. One bench, original-first parts, a straight answer before any work, and same-day on most of it. If it’s an iPhone and it’s playing up, we’ve almost certainly fixed it before.

SAME-DAY ON MOST · MIN. 90-DAY WARRANTY
EVERY iPHONE REPAIR

If it’s on an iPhone, it’s on our bench.

Not just screens. From a dead battery to a logic board that won’t boot, here’s the lot we fix — every one an honest job, original-first parts, and a straight answer before we start. Not sure which one is yours? Bring it in, we’ll work it out for free.

Screen replacement

Cracked glass, dead touch, black spots or lines. Top-tier Soft OLED on most, genuine on request — same-day.

Battery replacement

Dies by lunchtime, drops in the cold, or nagging ‘Service’ in Settings. Fresh cell, same-day.

Battery repairs

Charging port

Only charges at an angle, keeps disconnecting, or nothing at all. Often just a clean or a new port.

Camera & rear lens

Blurry, shaking, cracked lens glass or a dark dot in shots. Camera or lens swapped and tested.

Camera repairs

Back glass

Shattered rear panel. We do the laser-separation job properly — not just wrapping the phone in a case to hide it.

Back glass repairs

Speakers & earpiece

No ringer, crackly music, or callers sounding muffled through the earpiece. Cleaned or replaced.

Buttons

Power, volume or the mute switch — stuck, mushy or dead. New flex, back to a proper click.

Face ID & sensors

Proximity, ambient light or a Face ID that’s dropped out. We diagnose it honestly — more below.

Water / liquid damage

Fell in, got caught in the rain, or a spill. Power it off, don’t charge it — flat $65 assessment first.

Water damage

Microphone

You sound fine to yourself but callers can’t hear you, or voice notes come out silent. Mic replaced.

Vibration / haptics

No buzz on silent, or the Taptic Engine rattling. Silent alerts you can actually feel again.

Board-level / no power

Boot loops, dead phone, charging IC, backlight, no display. We go to the chip — more below.

More than an iPhone in the house? We fix every other phone too, and everything else across tablets, laptops and consoles.

HONEST PARTS · SCREENS

When we do fit a screen, here’s the honest bit.

Not all replacement screens are the same, and most shops won’t say so. For about 9 in 10 phones we fit a top-tier Soft OLED — it keeps True Tone and full brightness, and you honestly can’t pick it from original. Want the genuine Apple Service Pack instead? We’ll order it in. Either way, we tell you exactly which panel is going in before we start.

The whole story on aftermarket panels — and why the cheap ones are a false economy — is on the blog: aftermarket OLED, explained

THE DIFFERENCE · BOARD-LEVEL REPAIR

We go to board level.

This is the bit that sends most phone shops running. When an iPhone won’t turn on, boot-loops, or refuses to charge, the usual line is ‘it’s dead, buy a new one’. Often it isn’t — it’s one component on the logic board that’s failed.

A failed charging IC, a blown backlight fuse, a dropped data line — we diagnose down to that part and replace it under the microscope. Boot loops, no display, backlight gone dark, no power: all fixable at the component, without swapping the whole board.

A dead-looking iPhone is usually one failed chip, not a write-off. And your photos never leave the phone.

Board-level work isn’t a same-day job — figure 1 to 3 days — and it’s no-fix-no-fee. If we can’t save it, you don’t pay for the attempt. Start a quote

FACE ID · THE HONEST BIT

Face ID, straight up.

There’s a lot of nonsense talked about Face ID, so here’s the truth. The TrueDepth dot-projector is paired to your phone at the factory — it can’t be swapped in from another unit or an aftermarket part. Anyone promising a ‘new Face ID module’ isn’t being straight with you.

  • A cracked screen does not kill Face ID — the sensors live behind it, and we transfer them onto your new screen
  • If the dot-projector or flood illuminator itself is damaged, that’s a board-level job — and sometimes not recoverable
  • We test Face ID before and after every screen repair, so there are no surprises when you get it back

If your Face ID has genuinely stopped working, bring it in — we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s a fixable fault or a factory-paired part that can’t be replaced. Get a quote

iPHONE QUESTIONS

Straight answers.

Are aftermarket screens any good?

The good ones, yes — and that’s what we fit. Our top-tier Soft OLED keeps True Tone and full brightness and you can’t pick it from original in daily use. The cheap incell panels other shops use are dimmer, worse on colour and often lose True Tone; we don’t touch them. Full story on the blog: aftermarket OLED explained.

Will Face ID still work after a screen repair?

Yes — a screen repair doesn’t affect Face ID. The TrueDepth sensors sit behind the display, and we carefully transfer them onto your new screen, then test Face ID before it goes back to you. A cracked screen never kills Face ID on its own; only direct damage to the dot-projector does, and that’s a separate board-level job.

Do you use genuine parts?

Original-first. We fit genuine or original-grade parts where we can get them, and top-quality aftermarket (like our Soft OLED screens) where genuine isn’t available or you’d rather not pay Apple prices — and we always tell you which is going in. We won’t claim ‘genuine only’ like some shops do; that’s rarely true, and you deserve the real story and the choice.

What warranty do I get?

Every repair carries a minimum 90-day warranty covering the part and our workmanship — longer on a lot of jobs. If something we fitted plays up in that window, bring it back and we’ll sort it. It’s all no-fix-no-fee too: if we can’t fix it, you don’t pay for the attempt.

My iPhone got wet — what now?

Power it off straight away and do NOT charge it — a live board plus liquid is where the real damage happens. Don’t bother with rice. Get it to us and we start with a flat $65 assessment (open-up, clean and diagnosis), then quote the actual repair before going further. Full detail on the water damage page.

How long does it take?

Most jobs are same-day — screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras and back glass are usually done while you have a coffee, as long as the part’s in stock. Board-level diagnosis and repair is the slow one, usually 1 to 3 days, because it’s microscope work and we test it properly before it comes back.
