How fast can you get to me?
Same-day if you book before 11am — most North-East suburbs see us inside 2 hours. Book after 11am and we'll come first thing the next morning. We always text an ETA 30 minutes before arrival.
Do I need to be home the whole time?
Only for the diagnosis and to let us in. Once we've quoted, you can keep working, walk the dog, do school pick-up — we'll text when we're done.
What if it can't be fixed on the spot?
Around 70% of jobs are finished in one visit. For board-level repairs or water-damage recoveries we take the device back to the workshop and return it free of charge, usually inside 48 hours.
Is the $89 a deposit, or all I pay?
That's the full call-out fee — it covers travel and the first hour at your home. Parts and any extra labour are quoted on the spot before we touch anything. No surprises on the invoice.
What if I'm outside the 15 km zone?
We still come, it's just $1 per km beyond 15 km from DFO Uni Hill. For most outer-North-East suburbs that adds $5–$15. We always quote the travel before we leave.
Do you work weekends and after hours?
Yes — Saturdays and Sundays at the same flat $89, same hours (8am–6pm). After-hours weeknight visits are $129 from 6pm.
Are your technicians police-checked?
Every tech on the road is uniformed, police-checked, fully insured, and carries photo ID for you to verify on arrival.
How do I pay?
Tap-and-go (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple/Google Pay, or invoice to email with 7-day terms. We don't take cash on-site.
