When original isn’t available, or the price doesn’t make sense for your device, we fit top-tier aftermarket (soft OLED, A-grade cells) and tell you straight up what’s going in. No grey-market panels, no generic batteries, no swaps without your okay.
Free diagnosis on every device — except water damage, which is a flat $65 assessment (still no-fix-no-fee on the repair itself). If we can’t fix it, you don’t pay. No bench fees, no ‘assessment’ trap, no minimum charge — you walk out with your device and an honest explanation of what we tried.
We don’t wipe drives unless you ask us to. Screen, battery, port and button repairs never touch your data. On board-level and liquid-damage jobs, data preservation is the first priority — before any other work happens.
Most shops swap the whole board when one chip fails. We do component-level micro-solder — HDMI ports on PS5, charge ICs on iPhone, capacitor rework on MacBooks. Fix what’s broken, not the bit that isn’t.
