Rotating bezel
On the Classic models: a bezel that’s gone gritty, sticks, or won’t click round. Cleaned out and freed, or replaced if it’s worn.

The rear heart-rate glass or sensor cover cracked or lifting. Replaced and resealed so the sensor sits flush and the case stays sealed.
Physical buttons

So for most jobs, the screens and batteries we fit are quality aftermarket assemblies built to the original spec.
We don’t dress an aftermarket part up as genuine. Where we fit a quality aftermarket screen or battery, we say so before we start — plainly, not buried in the small print.

THE DIFFERENCE · BOARD-LEVEL REPAIR
We go to board level.
This is the bit that sends most shops running. When a Galaxy Watch won’t turn on, won’t charge, or goes dead after a knock, the usual line is ‘it’s finished, buy a new one’. Often it isn’t — it’s one tiny component on the board that’s given up.
A failed charge IC, a dropped power rail, a shorted line after a fall — we get it diagnosed to that part and passed to our board-level specialists. No power, no charge, dead after a drop: often fixable at the component, without writing off the whole watch.

BATTERY · SWELLING & RUNTIME
Swollen battery? We see it daily.
A swelling battery is the most common Galaxy Watch fault through our door. The cell puffs up and starts pushing the screen — or the back — off the body. Left alone it lifts the display, breaks the water seal, and only gets worse. We remove the swollen cell safely and fit a fresh one.
If yours simply won’t last the day any more, that’s the same fix — a fresh cell brings the runtime back. Either way we reseal the watch afterwards so it keeps its water resistance, and test it before it goes back on.
