Whatever’s wrong with your Pixel,
we fix it with original parts.

Screen, battery, charging port, camera, speakers, buttons, water damage — even the board-level faults most shops send away. And here’s the Pixel bonus: genuine parts are available for nearly everything, so we fit original — none of the aftermarket-screen debate you get on other phones. One bench, a straight answer before any work, same-day on most.

SAME-DAY ON MOST · MIN. 90-DAY WARRANTY
EVERY PIXEL REPAIR

If it’s a Pixel, it’s on our bench.

Not just screens. From a dead battery to a board that won’t boot, here’s the lot we fix — every one an honest job, original parts wherever they’re made, and a straight answer before we start. Not sure which one is yours? Bring it in, we’ll work it out for free.

Screen replacement

Cracked glass, dead touch, lines or black spots. Original Pixel panel fitted — same-day on most, some order-in.

Battery replacement

Dies by lunchtime, or swelling the back off. Fresh original cell, same-day.

Battery repairs

Charging port

Only charges at an angle, keeps dropping out, or nothing at all. Usually a clean or a new USB-C port.

Camera & rear lens

Blurry, shaking, or cracked lens glass. Original camera module; the lens glass is genuine on most models — we tell you if yours is an exception.

Camera repairs

Back glass

Shattered rear panel, done properly. Genuine on most models — we say so up front if yours is an exception.

Back glass repairs

Speakers & earpiece

No ringer, crackly audio, or callers sounding muffled through the earpiece. Cleaned or replaced.

Buttons

Power or volume — stuck, mushy or dead. New flex, back to a proper click.

Fingerprint & unlock sensors

Under-display reader not reading after a knock or a screen swap. We recalibrate it properly — more below.

Water / liquid damage

Fell in, got caught in the rain, or a spill. Power it off, don’t charge it — flat $65 assessment first.

Water damage

Microphone

You sound fine to yourself but callers can’t hear you, or voice notes come out silent. Mic replaced and tested.

Vibration / haptics

No buzz on silent, or a haptic motor rattling around. Silent alerts you can actually feel again.

Board-level / no power

Boot loops, dead phone, charging IC, backlight, no display. We go to the chip — more below.

More than a Pixel in the house? We fix every other phone too, and everything else across tablets, laptops and consoles.

ORIGINAL PARTS · PLAIN AND SIMPLE

Original parts, plain and simple.

Here’s where Pixel makes life easy. Genuine screens, batteries, charging ports and camera modules are readily available, so that’s what we fit — original, no substitutions, none of the aftermarket-screen debate you get with iPhone. You get the real panel, the real cell, the real port.

Original isn’t a slogan here — on a Pixel it’s just what goes in. Even the back glass and lens glass are genuine on most models — we’ll only tell you otherwise on the few that aren’t.

Even the back glass and camera lens glass are genuine on most models. On a few models the genuine part isn’t available — only then do we fit a quality aftermarket one, and we tell you before we start. Get a quote

THE DIFFERENCE · BOARD-LEVEL REPAIR

We go to board level.

This is the bit that sends most phone shops running. When a Pixel won’t turn on, boot-loops, or refuses to charge, the usual line is ‘it’s dead, get a new one’. Often it isn’t — it’s one component on the board that’s given up.

A failed charging IC on a Tensor-era board, a blown backlight line, a dropped data rail — we diagnose down to that part and replace it under the microscope. Boot loops, no display, no power, backlight gone dark: all fixable at the component, without swapping the whole board.

A dead-looking Pixel is usually one failed chip, not a write-off. And your data never leaves the phone.

Board-level work isn’t a same-day job — figure 1 to 3 days — and it’s no-fix-no-fee. If we can’t save it, you don’t pay for the attempt. Start a quote

FINGERPRINT & UNLOCK · THE HONEST BIT

Fingerprint unlock, straight up.

Most Pixels use an under-display fingerprint reader, and there’s a bit of honesty owed here. After a screen replacement that sensor needs recalibrating to the new panel — skip that step and unlock goes flaky or stops. We do the calibration properly, every time, so your fingerprint keeps working like it did.

  • A screen swap does not kill your fingerprint — the sensor sits under the display, and we recalibrate it to the new panel
  • If the reader itself is damaged, that’s a genuine-part job — we fit an original sensor, not a bodge
  • We test unlock before and after every screen repair, so there are no surprises when you get it back

If your fingerprint has genuinely packed it in, bring it in — we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s a recalibration or a sensor that needs replacing. Get a quote

PIXEL QUESTIONS

Straight answers.

Do you use genuine Pixel parts?

Original for nearly everything. On Pixel, genuine screens, batteries, charging ports and camera modules are readily available, so that’s exactly what we fit — no aftermarket-screen debate like you get with iPhone. Even the back glass and camera lens glass are genuine on most models; only on a few models is the genuine part unavailable, and only then do we fit a quality aftermarket one — and we tell you before we start.

Will the fingerprint still work after a screen repair?

Yes. Most Pixels use an under-display fingerprint reader, and after a screen swap it needs recalibrating to the new panel. We do that every time, then test unlock before it goes back to you, so your fingerprint keeps working exactly as it did. If the reader itself is damaged that’s a separate genuine-part job, and we’ll tell you honestly which it is.

What warranty do I get?

Every repair carries a minimum 90-day warranty covering the part and our workmanship — longer on a lot of jobs. If something we fitted plays up in that window, bring it back and we’ll sort it. It’s all no-fix-no-fee too: if we can’t fix it, you don’t pay for the attempt.

My Pixel got wet — what now?

Power it off straight away and do NOT charge it — a live board plus liquid is where the real damage happens. Don’t bother with rice. Get it to us and we start with a flat $65 assessment (open-up, clean and diagnosis), then quote the actual repair before going further. Full detail on the water damage page.

How long does it take?

Most jobs are same-day — batteries, charging ports, cameras and back glass are usually done while you have a coffee, as long as the part’s in stock. Some Pixel screens are order-in, so those can take a day or two; board-level work is the slow one at 1 to 3 days because it’s microscope work and we test it properly first.

Which models do you cover?

The original Pixel right through to the latest 10 series — the standard, Pro and XL models, the whole a-series (6a, 7a, 8a, 9a) and the Pixel Fold. If it’s a Pixel and it’s playing up, it’s on our bench. Not sure which one you’ve got? Tell us and we’ll work it out.
